摘　　要：目的探讨内皮素 (ET)在恶性淋巴瘤中的变化规律及其在恶性淋巴瘤发病过程中的作用。方法检测 31例恶性淋巴瘤患者血浆ET水平 ,并与 2 7例正常人进行比较。结果恶性淋巴瘤患者血浆ET水平高于正常人 (P <0 0 1) ,而且病情不同 ,分期不同血浆ET水平也明显不同。结论ET可能参与了恶性淋巴瘤的发病过程 ,检测血浆ET水平有助于临床评估病情。Objective To study the clinical significance in plasma endotheliotoxin (ET) change in mallgnant lymphoma. Methods Plasma ET level was detected in 31 patients with mallgnant lymphoma and was compared with 27 plasma from normal individusls. Results The level of plasma ET was significantly higher in the cases of mallgnant lymphoma than the normal control ( P <0.01), especially in advanced cases. Conclusion ET was involved in the pathogenesis of lymphoma and its determination might be used to judge the seriousness of the disease.
