蛇葡萄素对人膀胱癌T_(24)细胞株凋亡的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究蛇葡萄素对体外人膀胱癌细胞株T24的凋亡作用。方法:以不同浓度的蛇葡萄素作用于体外培养的人膀胱癌细胞株T24应用MTT的培养检测凋亡率。结果:浓度为80μg/ml、40μg/ml的蛇葡萄素对体外人膀胱癌细胞株T24的凋亡率率明显高于浓度为20μg/ml、10μg/ml的蛇葡萄素。结论:蛇葡萄素可促进体外人膀胱癌细胞株T24凋亡,在一定范围内的浓度达到最大的凋亡率,不会因浓度增加而使凋亡率增加。浓度为80μg/ml、40μg/ml更能有效的促进人膀胱癌细胞株T24的凋亡。Objective To research the effectiveness of the Ampelopsin in suppressing bladder cancer cell T24＇ s apopto- sis. Method Different concentrations of Ampelopsin were used on the bladder cancer cell Tu. The apoptosis suppressing measuring method with MTT was applied. Results The efficiency of the apoptosis suppressing the bladder cancer cells T24 with the concentration of 80,40 μg/ ml was considerably higher than that of 20, 10 μg/mL Conclusion Ampelopsin can promote suppressing of the bladder cancer cells T24. The efficiency is diversified according to the concentration. However ,the efficiency is not proportional to the concentration. The efficiency of the suppressing the bladder cancer cells T24 of the concentration of 80,40μg,/ml is considerably higher than that of 20,10 μg/mL
