摘  要:目的:探讨翼状胬肉组织氧化应激反应指标的变化。方法:取10例原发性翼状胬肉组织作为检测标本,并取8例视网膜脱离患者球结膜作为正常对照组标本,应用化学比色法,测定活性氧、丙二醛、谷胱甘肽含量,以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性、超氧歧化酶活性。结果:翼状胬肉组织与正常对照相比,活性氧与丙二醛的含量明显升高(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性、超氧歧化酶活性明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:翼状胬肉组织处于较强的氧化应激状态,同时抗氧化能力明显降低,氧化应激可能在翼状胬肉中起重要作用,这为深入了解翼状胬肉的发病机制及治疗提供一些新思路。Objective To investigate the ehanges of indexes of oxidative stress system in pterygium. Method Tissue samples ablated from 10 patients during pterygium surgery eonstituted the study material, while normal bulbar eonjunetiva tissue samples from 8 patients (who had undergone surgery for retinal detachment) were used as controls. GSH- Px and SOD enzymatie aetivity and the levels of ROS, MDA and GSH were determined with the method of chemistry eolorimetry. Results A significant increase was observed in the MDA and ROS levels in the pterygium group when compared to the control group( P 〈0. 05) ,while the GSH levels and the enzyme activity of GSH - Px and SOD were significantly lower( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Oxidative stress may play a signifieant role in pterygium etiopathogenesis, and it is a new idea for investigation of etiopathogenesis and treatment in pterygium.
