摘　　要：通过对青岛市农业科技人才队伍现状的全面调查与分析,得出了青岛市农业科技人才需求的特点,结合农业科技人才队伍在思想观念、机制体制以及经费等方面存在的问题,从政府、高校和社会力量等多个角度提出了"三位一体"的农业科技人才培养与开发的若干策略。This paper made a research into the features of needs for sci - tech talents in agricuhure through a thorough investigation and analysis of the talents＇ status quo. Furthermore, based on problems agriculture sci-tech talents in terms of ideology, organizational system and funds, this paper put forward in Qingdao existing a couple strategies of “trinity” to train and develop sci-tech talents in agriculture from the multi - angle of governments, universities and societal forces.
