摘　　要：目的:调查高校财会人员的心理健康状况。方法:采用自编调查问卷对158名高校财会人员进行调查。结果:(1)高校财会人员的工作意愿显著高于一般水平,心理压力普遍偏大,对工作的难度有较正确的认识;(2)不同工龄、职称、学历的高校财会人员的工作意愿及主观工作难度不同,压力来源不尽一致;(3)高校财会人员的主观工作难度能有效预测其心理压力。The paper is to study the mental health of accountants in universities. In the paper self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 158 accountants in universities. The result showed that the level of these accountants＇ willingness to work was significantly higher than the average one, and their psychological pressure was generally higher, but they had a correct recognition of the accountancy; （2）these accountants＇ willingness to work and the subjective difficulty varied with accountants＇ seniority, professional title and education background, and their stress source was not always same; （3） the accountants＇ psychological pressure could be effectively predicted by their subjective difficulty of the work.
