丹红注射液联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗急性脑梗死43例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察丹红注射液合用环磷腺苷葡胺治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将86例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液和环磷腺苷葡胺治疗。结果观察组总有效率95.35%,明显高于对照组的72.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗期间两组均没有发生不良反应。结论在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液和环磷腺苷葡胺治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,副反应少,是治疗急性脑梗死的有效方法。Objective To explore the effect of Danhong injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty- six patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups：Control group （n=43） received conventional therapy,and the obser- vation group （n=43） accepted Danhong injection with cAMP meglumine based on the conventional therapy. Results The total clinical effective rate was 95.35% in treatment group, which was significantly higher than that in control group（72.09 %, P〈0.01）. There was no adverse reactions in two groups during treatment. Conclusion Danhong injection combined with cAMP meglumine was effective for treatment of acute cerebral infarction
