多巴胺D2受体基因-141CIns/Del多态性与美沙酮维持治疗海洛因依赖患者心理症状相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究昆明市美沙酮维持治疗A门诊接受美沙酮维持治疗的汉族海洛因依赖者多巴胺D2受体基因-141C Ins/Del多态性与接受美沙酮维持治疗海洛因依赖患者心理症状的相关性。方法:对81例接受美沙酮维持治疗的海洛因依赖者实施症状自评量表-SCL90测试,应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,检测多巴胺D2受体基因-141C Ins/Del基因多态,比较不同基因型与症状自评量表中各心理因子的关系。结果:Del+组(-141C Del/Del,-141C Ins/Del)与Del-组(-141C Ins/Ins)两组间SCL-90各个因子分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:D2受体基因-141C Ins/Del多态性与接受美沙酮维持治疗海洛因依赖患者心理症状间可能无相关性。Objective.： To investigate the relationship of DRD2 receptor gene - 141C Ins/Del polymorphisms and psychological symptoms of heroin addicts who have received methadone maintenance treatment. Methods：Eighty- one heroin addicts who had received methadone maintenance treatment were assessed by the Self- reporting Inventory（ SCL -90）. And then we detected the polymorphism of DRD2 - 141C Ins/Del for them by using the Polymerase Chain Reaction - Restriction Fragment Length polymorphisms（ PCR - RFLP） technique. The relationship Del and each psychological factor score of SCL - 90 was between genotypes of DRD2 - 141C Ins/ analyzed ~ Results： There are no statistical significances in each psychological factor score of SCL - 90 between the patients who carry allele Del（ Del/Del ＋ Del/Ins）and those who do not carry allele Del （Ins/Ins）. Conclusion： DRD2 - 141C Ins/Del polymorphism may have no association with psychological symptoms of heroin addicts who had received methadone maintenance treatment.
