摘　　要：目的研究XAGE-1b在肝癌细胞中的表达情况,探讨其对肝癌细胞的生物行为影响。方法运用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测38例肝癌病理组织以及42例癌旁组织的XAGE-1b的基因表达水平。结果 XAGE-1b在肝癌组织中表达值为(9.139±0.768),在癌旁组织中表达值为(2.078±0.646),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 XAGE-1b在肝癌发生、发展过程中可能起重要作用,有望成为反映肝癌肿瘤恶性程度及预后判断的标记物,并成为分子靶向药物治疗的靶点。[Objectives] To investigate the expression of XAGE-lb in hepatoma cancer cell and discuss its value. [Methods] The method of real time quantified PCR was employed to detect the expression of XAGE-lb in 38 cases of hepatoma cancer and 42 cases of para-cancer tissue. [Results] The expression of XAGE-lb in hepatoma cancer was （9.139±0.768） and （2.078±0.646） in para-cancer tissue （P〈0.05）. [Conclusions] XAGE-lb plays an important role in the procession of hepatoma cancer and might serve a valuable target in monitoring of hepatoma cancer malignant degree and prognosis.
