摘　　要：目的检测肺癌及相应癌旁正常组织中细胞色素P450 2A6(CYP2A6)mR NA的表达,探讨其可能的临床意义。方法采用Real-time PCR技术比较人肺癌与相应癌旁正常组织中CYP2A6mRNA的表达差异,并比较CYP2A6基因的表达与患者临床病理参数的关系。结果 CYP2A6 mR NA在肺癌组织中的表达低于对应的癌旁组织(P<0.05),CYP2A6 mRNA的表达程度与患者的性别、年龄、肺癌的病理分型及有无淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 CYP2A6 mRNA在肺癌组织中的表达下调,提示CYP2A6基因表达下调可能在肺癌的发生发展中起作用。【Objective】 To investigate the expression of P450 2A6（CYP2A6） mRNA in lung cancer and adjacent normal tissues,and to assess its possible clinical value.【Methods】 Real-time PCR was used to analyze the expression of CYP2A6 mRNA in the samples,and the correlations of CYP2A6 mRNA expression to the clinicopathological features were analyzed.【Results】 The expression of CYP2A6 mRNA in lung cancer is much lower than in the adjacent normal tissues（P 〈0.05）,and the expression of CYP2A6 mRNA was not associated with the patients’gender,age,histological differentiation and lymph node status（P 〉0.05）.【Conclusion】 CYP2A6 mRNA expression is down-regulated in lung cancer tissues and it prompts that CYP2A6 gene may play an important role in the progress of lung cancer.
