摘 要:串接链分配法将包含推力矢量操纵面在内的所有舵面按照优先级分为若干组,对于期望的转矩指令,如果优先级高的一组无法有效分配则启用次级操纵面,如何使基于串接链设计的分配系统根据期望转矩的大小对各组舵面进行自动调用与分配是一个难点。文章对串接链的可达转矩集进行了求解,将各组舵面所能有效分配的最大转矩值作为分配系统实施舵面调用与管理的阈值。串接链的转矩可达集是复杂的非凸几何体,解析方法无法求解,文中通过对分配系统AMS的几何构造分析,提出了一种基于微元的串接链可达集数值求解算法。将串接链的分配效率作为适应度函数,通过遗传算法选择具有最大可达集的广义逆阵,提高了算法的分配效率。Daisy chain method divides the effectors of the aircraft into several groups with thrust-vector effector in- eluded. We use daisy chain to switch allocation mode automatically. Sections 1 through 3 explain the optimization method mentioned in the title, which we believe is efficient and whose core consists of: "By calculating the attaina- ble moment subset (AMS) of daisy chain, the maximum moment is obtained and chosen as the switch mark. Due to non-linear allocation characteristic, AMS of daisy chain is a complex non-convex polyhedron; it is difficult to solve directly. By analyzing the AMS of flight control allocation system with a ' micro-element' method, we propose a numerical method to calculate the volume of AMS of the daisy chain. With allocation efficiency chosen as fitness function, the genetic algorithm is used to find the best pseudo-inverse matrix and high allocation efficiency is a- chieved. " The simulation results, mostly presented in Table 2 and Fig. 5 but also including the best pseudo-inverse matrix P1 and their analysis show preliminarily that our proposed optimization method of daisy chain allocation con- trol is indeed efficient.
