摘　　要：劳动合同解除是劳动合同法律制度的重要问题之一,作为行政法学"帝王条款"的比例原则,试图研究其在劳动合同解除中的应用可能性与具体机制,以期为完善我国劳动合同解除制度提出有益的建议。The discharge of the labor contract is one of the important issues of the labor contract law system. As the administrative law＂ s ＂imperial terms＂, the principle of proportionality in the discharge of the labor contract with the possibility of application of the specific mechanism, which is the problem of this paper attempts to study. In order to improve the discharge of the labor contract system, so we put forward some useful recommendations.
