摘　　要：目的探讨原发性肠系膜肿瘤的CT诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的19例原发性肠系膜肿瘤的CT表现,分析肿瘤的位置、形态、大小、边界、密度及强化特点。结果良性肿瘤10例,其中淋巴管瘤5例,脉管瘤2例,巨淋巴结细胞增生症1例,血管平滑肌脂肪瘤1例,神经鞘瘤1例;中间型肿瘤,纤维瘤病2例;恶性肿瘤7例,其中高分化平滑肌肉瘤1例,淋巴瘤4例,肠系膜间质瘤2例。术前定位诊断率89.4%,定性诊断率为73.7%。结论 CT能够精确显示病灶的形态及范围,对原发性肠系膜肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。Objective To analyzed CT findings of primary mesenteric tumors.Methods CT images of 19 patients with primary mesenteric tumors proved by surgical and pathological results were retrospectively reviewed.The tumor location,morphological features,CT attenuation,contrast enhancement characteristics were assessed.Results There were 10 benign tumors,included lymphangioma（n=5）,vascular tumor（n=2）,Castleman disease（n=1）,angioleiomyolipoma（n=1）,nerve sheath tumors（n=1）.There were 2 fibr omatosis,and 7 malignant tumors,included well-differentiated leiomyosarcoma（n=1）,lymphoma（n=4）,mesenteric stromal tumor（n= 2）.The accuracy of preoperative localizing diagnosis was 89.4%,and qualitative diagnosis was 73.70%.Conclusion CT can accurately display the morphological features of primary mesenteric lesions,which is important to accurate diagnosis.
