摘　　要：通过对典型的农药固体制剂,如可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、泡腾片剂配方的剖析,结合国内外行业发展方向及国家相关政策,科学合理地制定固体制剂产品配方的设计和工艺思路;同时对典型剂型产品进行实例分析,阐述载体在固体制剂中的合理应用。通过对固体制剂的生产工艺分析,进一步了解生产过程中的能耗及交叉污染问题。By analyzing the formula of typical pesticide solid formulation such as wettable power, water dispersible granules and effervescent tablets, we draw up scientific and rational design of solid formulation and process ideas combining with the direction of domestic and foreign industry and national policy. At the same time, we analyze the typical formulation by our products and describe the reasonable application of the carriers in solid formulation. We understand the energy consumption and cross-contamination issues in the production process further by analyzing the production process of solid formulation
