摘 要:为了对荷叶普通粉及超微粉中挥发油的化学成分进行分析和比较,利用有机溶剂-水蒸汽蒸馏提取荷叶普通粉和超微粉的挥发油;采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对其化学成分进行分析,并结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定;应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果显示,从荷叶普通粉中分离出80种化学成分,鉴定出49种,占挥发油总量的66.86%;从荷叶超微粉中分离出107种化学成分,鉴定出67种,占挥发油总量的78.44%;两种粉末共鉴定出84种挥发性成分。说明同时采用两种粉碎方法,能获得种类更为丰富的荷叶挥发性成分。To analyse and compare the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from ordinary powder and super-tiny powder of the leafves of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn, the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the leafves of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn which were extracted by Organic solvent-steam distillation were analyzed by GC-MS. The constituents were identified by their mass spectra and the relative percentage of the oil constituents was calculated by area normalization. The result showed that eighty chemical constituents were isolated from ordinary powder, Forty-nine of them were identified and their amount accounted for 66.86% of all the volatile oil. One hundred and seven chemical constituents were isolated from super-tiny powder. Sixty-seven of them were identified and their amount accounted for 78.44% of all the volatile oil. Eighty-four kinds of constituents of the volatile oil were found from two kinds of powders. The result indicated that more kinds of the volatile constituents from Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn were obtained by tow kinds of pulverization.
