摘 要:利用RAPD分子标记技术对10个西兰薹与芥兰品种进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,RAPD技术是准确评估西兰薹与芥兰遗传多样性的有效方法。100条随机引物中筛选出18条多态性引物,共检测出73条条带,其中多态性条带39条,多态率为53.4%。供试材料间遗传相似系数(GS)变幅在0.3611~0.9000之间,平均相似系数为0.6306,表明西兰薹与芥兰遗传变异较丰富。聚类分析结果表明,在相似系数0.53水平上可将10个品种分为3大类群。Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) molecular makers were used to detect the genetic diversity among ten Broccolini and Chinese kale varieties. The results showed that eighteen primers worked well on stability and polymorphism was filtered for RAPD, the total number of band was 73, among which the number of the polymorphie band was 39, occupied with 53.4%. The genetic similarity among the varieties ranged from 0.3611-0.9000, with a mean of 0.6306, indicating very high genetic diversity in Broccolini and Chinese kale. The cluster analysis results showed that ten varieties were classified into three groups with GS 0.53. RAPD technique might be an effective method to evaluate the genetic diversity of Broeeolini and Chinese kale.
