摘  要:超声波电机是利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应产生的机械振动完成机电能量转换的,具有不受磁场影响、低速大力矩、低噪音、响应快和断电自锁能力强等优越性能,适合应用于机器人、精确定位装置、微型机械、航空航天器等方面。DDS是广泛应用的信号生成方法,其优点是易于程控,输出频率分辨率高,同时芯片的集成度高。以ARM作为控制电路核心,引入DDS技术产生超声波电机的输出波形信号,有效地解决了现有超声波电机压电陶瓷电源输出波形频率、相位等不能程控、电路集成度不高,体积和功耗较大等问题。Using the converse piezoelectric effect generated by the mechanical vibration, ultrasonic motor can complete the electromechanical energy conversion with the advantages of insensitivity to magnetic fields, high torque at a low speed, low noise, fast response, high holding torque when power is off and so on. The ultrasonic motor is suitable for robots, precise positioning device, micro mechanical, aerospace and etc.. DDS is a widely used frequency synthesis technique with the advantages of easy programme control, fine frequency resolution and high digital integration. With ARM as the core of control circuit, the DDS technology was introduced to produce ultrasonic motor output waveform signal, which effectively solved some problems, such as the uncontrollability by programming for phase and frequency, the lower digital integration level, the larger size and the higher power consumption and so on.
