摘　　要：企业危机预警是战略层面的举措,竞争情报是强化企业核心竞争力的有效方法。文章在研究了企业危机预警和竞争情报的内涵和功能基础上,探讨二者之间的契合关系,设计构建了企业危机预测的竞争情报流程、企业危机预警诊断监测的竞争情报流程、企业危机预警附加功能的竞争情报流程等相关流程,保证企业竞争情报运行与企业危机预警的同步机制,以便高效发挥竞争情报在企业危机管理中的作用。The pre-warning of enterprise crisis is a strategic act, and competitive intelligence is an effective way for strengthening the core competitive power of enterprise. The paper explores the correspondence between competitive intelligence and pre-warning of enterprise crisis by explicating their connotations and functions. It constructs a series of competitive intelligence processes based on prediction, pre-warning and its appending function of enterprise crisis, which ensures the simultaneous mechanism of competitive intelligence operation and pre-warning of enterprise crisis as well as the efficiency of competitive intelligence in the management of enterprise crisis.
