摘　　要：将协同理论引入图书馆联盟管理中,从协同学的角度分析图书馆联盟协同管理的特征,从战略、文化、组织、信息、资源、过程和创新七个维度,对其管理序参量进行选择,在此基础上,构建了图书馆联盟协同管理模式框架,论述了其协同效应,为图书馆联盟协同管理的理论研究和实践运作提供指导。The paper introduces synergetics into the strategic management of library alliance, analyzes its features by using the theory, and discusses on how to select the order parameters form seven dimensions, that is, the strategy, culture, organization, information, resources, process and innovation. And based on this, the author constructs its framework and discusses its synergy effect, aiming at providing reference for theoretical study and practical operation of the synergy management of library alliance.
