助漂剂在硫酸盐竹浆H漂白段的应用

摘　　要：对硫酸盐竹浆CEH多段漂白H段添加助剂进行了试验。结果表明,H段加入漂白助剂具有活化作用,可以降低残氯量,减少漂白的损失,有利于CEH漂白浆黏度、白度的提高。在硫酸盐竹浆传统CEH三段漂H段实际生产中应用助漂剂,得到的漂白浆质量稳定,吨浆综合成本下降130多元,经济效益显著。The assistant was used in H bleaching stage of sulfate bamboo pulp. The results showed that bleaching assistant in H stage has an activation to pulp bleaching, the yield of H stage and residual chlorine dosage of CEH bleached sulfate bamboo pulp can be reduced with a small of bleaching assistant in H stage. Furthermore, adding bleaching assistant was helpful for improvement of the brightness and viscosity of CEH bleached sulfate bamboo pulp. When the bleaching assistant was applied in actual production of traditional CEH three bleaching of sulfate bamboo pulp, stable quality of bleaching pulp could be obtained, and comprehensive cost of bleaching pulp would be cut down more than 132 yuan per ton, namely the economic benefit was remarkable.
