乳腺癌患者血清PDGF、CEA和CA15-3联合检测的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血小板衍生生长因子 (PDGF)、癌胚抗原 (CEA) 和糖蛋白抗原 15-3(CA15-3) 联合检测在乳腺癌诊断治疗中的意义。方法 :收集 160 例乳腺癌患者和 150 例体检健康者静脉血本,用 ELISA 法检测血清 PDGF 含量,用放射免疫法检测 CEA 和CA15-3 含量。结果 :乳腺癌组 PDGF 含量为 (600.12±89.57) pg/ml、CEA 含量为 (12.53±2.41) ng/ml 和 CA15-3 含(19.6±3.85) mg/L,均高于健康对照组 [ 分别为 (189.11±100.29) ng/ml、(2.79±0.51) ng/mL 和 (3.1±0.9) mg/l] ,差异有统计学意义 (P<0.01)。血清 PDGF、CEA 和CA15-3 联合检测的敏感性、特异性和诊断阳性率分别为 79.5%、59.6% 和 70.9%。结论:血清 PDGF、CEA 和 CA15-3 联合检测可提高乳腺癌诊断的敏感性和诊断符合率,为乳腺癌患者术前临床诊治和术后辅助治疗提供帮助。Objective：To investigate clinical significance of serum platelet derived growth factor （ PDGF ）, carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA） and carbohydrate antigen 15-3 （CA15-3） combined detection in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Method ：The data of breast cancer patients in the venous blood samples from 160 patients and 150 normal control cases and examination, ELISA assay was used to determine the content of PDGF in serum by radio immunoassay analysis, CEA and CA15-3 content. Result ：PDGF, CEA and CA15-3 content of breast cancer group were higher than the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.001）. Breast cancer group PDGF and CEA were higher than those in the benign group （P〈0.05）. Serum PDGF, CEA and CA15-3 combined detection sensitivity, specificity and positive rate of diagnosis were 79.5%, 59.6% and 70.9%. Conclusion ：The serum PDGF, CEA and CA15-3 combined detection can improve the diagnosis of breast cancer susceptibility and diagnosis coincidence rate, for breast cancer patients treated with preoperative clinical diagnosis and postoperative adjuvant therapy to help.
