摘 要:目的探讨附睾特异表达RNase9蛋白活性及其在炎性附睾组织中的表达情况。方法主要通过体外实验研究其抗菌活性,通过Western blot和荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)分析正常附睾组织和炎性附睾组织中RNase9蛋白表达情况。结果 RNase9蛋白具有抗菌活性;在炎性附睾组织中RNase9蛋白表达水平升高。结论 RNase9蛋白可能参与附睾炎症过程。Objective To study the activity of RNase9 protein and its expression in the tissue of epididymitis.Methods Anti-bacteria activity of RNase9 protein was detected by using in vitro analysis.Western bolt and fluorescent quantitation polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR) were performed to analyze the expression of RNase9.Results The RNase9 protein was confirmed to be with anti-bacterial activity and highly expressed in tissue of epididymitis.Conclusion RNase9 protein might participate in the development of epididymitis.
