摘　　要：目的探讨抗震救灾官兵急性高原反应(acute mountain sickness,AMS)发生的敏感超声指标。方法急进高原前后,应用ALOKa公司ProSoundα-10彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对30名健康抗震救灾官兵进行瞬时波强(wave intensity,WI)及相关超声指标的检测,对AMS发生与否进行统计学分析,建立适用于小样本数据的支持向量机(support vecter machine,SVM)模型,采用留一法进行交叉验证,筛选出与AMS发生密切相关的敏感指标组合,应用软件包SPSS 18.0对各指标进行Spearman相关分析。结果①交叉验证筛选出与AMS发生密切相关的敏感指标组合:舒张期心肌速度梯度(MVGD)、室壁中层径向缩短率(mFs)、瞬时加速度波强(W1)、射血时间(1st-2nd)、舒张压(Pmm);②Spearman相关性结果显示:AMS与W1成正相关(P<0.05),与mFs、MVGD、1st-2nd、Pmm无显著线性相关性。结论 mFs、MVGD、1st-2nd、Pmin、W1是AMS发生的敏感指标。Objective To investigate the sensitive ultrasound indicators related to acute mountain sickness of anti-seismic soldiers. Methods Before and after acutely exposuring to plateau,the indexes related to Wave Intensity technology and ultrasound diagnosis of 30 healthy anti-seismic soldiers were detected by Prosound alO color Doppler uhrasonography manufactured by ALOKa company,whether or not AMS occurred was statistically analysed,established support Vecter Machine model and used leave-one out for cross-examination to screen the combination of sensitive indicators closely related to acute mountain sickness. Then every sensitive indicator was analysed by Sperrnan relevant analysis with statistical package SPSS 18.0. Results 1） Combination of sensitive indicators was screened by cross-examination： myocardial velocity gradient in the diastolic period （MVGD）, midwall fractional shortening（mFs）, instantaneous accelerating wave intensity（W1）, the time of transient accelerating wave intensity and transient deceleration wave intensity （lst-2nd）, diastolic pressure （Pmm）. 2） Sperman relevant results： AMS was positively correlated with Wl,but the relationship between AMS and mFs, MVGD, lst-2nd, Pmm didn＇t have statistical significance. Conclusion mFs, MVGrs lst-2nd, Pmm, W1 are senstive indicators of AMS.
