摘　　要：常见胸部放疗的并发症靶器官主要包括食管、肺、心血管等。近年来，放疗并发症的相关物理剂量因素、联合化疗等影响因素、易感的生物学标志及保护性因素成为研究热点，为临床预防及治疗这些并发症提供了有效的依据。The target organs of the most common complications in thoracic radiotherapy mainly contain esophagus, lung and cardiovascular system. Studies of influences such as the related physical dose factors and combined chemotherapy and so on, susceptible biomarks, protective factors, become the study focus, which provide the light for clinical prevention and therapy.
