蛇黄散的研制及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研制蛇黄散,并观察其治疗初期疮疡的临床疗效。方法:蛇黄散采用原方药材烘干、粉碎、混匀等一系列方法制成,用薄层色谱法控制质量,并设治疗组、对照组观察其在应用初期疮疡者中的临床疗效。结果:制备方法简便可行,质量控制合理;治疗组总有效率为98.18%,对照组为60.53%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:该制剂工艺简便,质量稳定,治疗初期疮疡者疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective ：Shehuang Powder was prepared, and the clinic effect on initial sores ulceration was observed. Methods ： Shehuang Powder was manufactured by baking, crushing and mixing. Quality can be controlled by thin layer col- or table method. The effect of Shehuang Powder of treated group and control one on initial sores ulceration was statistically analyzed. Results：The preparation method was simple and effectively, Quality control was easy. The total effective rate was 98. 18% in treatment group and 60.53% in control group, indicating significant difference in comparison（ P 〈 O. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Shebuang Powder, with simple - prepared technology and stable performance, is an effective drug for initial sores ulceration.
