摘 要:目的:研究泽兰不同部位挥发油化学成分的差异。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,利用GC-MS计算机联用仪定性分析,按峰面积归一化法求出挥发油中化学成分的百分含量。结果:从泽兰叶挥发油中共分离出63个峰,鉴定出48个化学成分,占其挥发油总量的94.31%;从泽兰茎挥发油中共分离出12个峰,鉴定出9个化学成分,占其挥发油油总量的89.33%。二者均含有反式石竹烯、石竹素、葎草烯环氧化物Ⅱ、Z,Z,Z-1,5,9,9-四甲基-1,4,7,-环十一碳三烯、法尼基丙酮、β-瑟林烯。结论:泽兰茎叶同用入药有其合理性。Objective:To analyse and compare the chemical components of the volatile oil in different parts of Herba Lycopi.Methods:The volatile oil was extracted by steam-stilling and identified by GC-MS.The percentage composition of volatile oil was calculated by the peak area normalization method.Results:63 peaks were separated and 48 compounds were identified from volatile oils of leaves of Herba Locypi,accounting for 94.31% of the total;12 peaks were separated and 9 compounds were identified from volatile oils of stem of Herba Lycopi,accounting for 89.33% of the total.Both of them included caryophyllene;caryophyllene oxide;12-oxabicyclododeca-3,7-diene,1,5,5,8-tetramethyl-,[1R-(1R*,3E,7E,11R*)]-;1,4,7-cycloundecatriene,1,5,9,9-tetramethyl-,Z,Z,Z,-;5,9,13-Pentadecatrien-2-one,6,10,14-trimethyl-;β-selinene.Conclusion:Leaves and stem of Herba Lycopi were used as medicine together,which have its rationality.
