摘　　要：目的:探讨临床监查员对于整个临床试验的重要性。方法:通过对监查员所直接参与的临床试验流程及监查员工作职能等内容的总结,分析监查员职能的重要性,并对影响其职责发挥的潜在问题予以探讨。结论:监查员对于临床试验有至关重要的意义,应当给与足够重视。Objective： Explore clinical research associate for the importance of the whole clinical trials. Methods： Through sum- marize clinical research associate participation in the process of clinical trials and their working function etc, analyzed the importance of the clinical research associate responsibility and further discussed the influence of the potential problems its responsibilities played. Re- suits： The clinical research associate for clinical trials have crucial significance, should give enough attention.
