摘 要:针对风能、太阳能等可再生能源不稳定、不连续问题,基于Multi-Agent和层次有色petri网技术,提出分布式发电系统的能量管理协调控制方案。首先将系统内的各设备处理成相对独立的Agent,通过Agent之间的通信进行能量协调控制;应用层次有色petri网描述分布式发电系统的离散性和动态性;根据电能质量综合指标决定发电设备的供电次序,使发电设备输出较高质量的电能;基于CPN Tools平台建立了分布式发电能量管理系统模型。仿真结果表明,所提方案可实现系统发电设备按电能质量综合指标值逐减的顺序对负载进行供电,实时控制蓄电池的充放电,实现系统安全稳定运行。Aiming at instability and discontinuity of renewable energy such as wind power and solar energy, the paper brings forward power coordination and control scheme of distributed generation system based on Multi-agent and hierarchical colored petri net. Equipment in the system is firstly divided into separated agents, by communication between which power coordination and control is implemented; hierarchical colored petri net is employed to describe discretion and dynamic of dis- tributed generation system; power supply order of power generation equipment is determined in line with integral indicator of power quality to enable power generating equipment to produce high-quality power. Model of power control system for distributed generation based on CPN Tools is established. The simulation demonstrates that the scheme mentioned can imple- ment power supply to load according to descending integral indicators of power quality and control over charging and dis- charging of batteries to assure safe and stable operation of the system.
