摘  要:为有效地调节与稳定配电网动态连续无功发生器(D-STATCOM)装置的直流母线电压,提出一种新颖的暂态模糊预测控制和稳态先进比例积分微分(proportional integral derivative,PID)调节的直流母线电压综合控制法,模糊预测控制由自调节因数自动实时地修正模糊规则以满足补偿的需要;直流母线电压综合控制将PID调节和模糊预测控制有机结合起来,吸收了先进PID调节对稳态负载控制精确性和瞬态负载模糊预测控制的鲁棒性、自调节性。仿真分析和现场工程应用证明,综合控制比常规PID调节具有更强的鲁棒性,能更有效地抑制电压超调和电流涌流,提高了D-STATCOM装置动态补偿无功功率和三相不平衡、抑制谐波补偿效果,体现了良好的动态性和实用性。In order to effectively regulate and stabilize DC bus voltage of D-STATCOM, the paper proposes an integrated voltage control method based on transient fuzzy forecast control and advanced steady-state proportional integral derivative (PID) regulation. Real-time modification on fuzzy rules is implemented by self-regulating factors for the sake of compensa- tion. The DC bus voltage control method combines PID with fuzzy forecast control and follows accuracy of PID regulation on steady-state load control and robustness and self-regulation of control over transient fuzzy forecast. The simulation and application of the method in filed engineering demonstrate that integrated control is of better robustness than ordinary PID regulation; it can more effectively suppress voltage overshooting and current inrush, improving reactive power for dynamic compensation of D-STATCOM, three-phase imbalance and harmonic compensation suppression and reflecting great dynamic and practicability.
