摘　　要：随着我国高等教育规模的扩大,经费短缺的问题日益显现。作为缓解这一难题的有效手段,实行收费制度是我国高等教育发展的必然要求。通过梳理我国高等教育收费制度的演变历程,可以将其分为四个阶段,进而分析了高等教育收费制度演变的原因,以促进高等教育的发展。With the expansion of higher education, the shortage of funds becomes prominent. As an ef- fective means to alleviate this problem, tuitions come into being. The writer argues that it can be divided into four stages, and analyzes the development of higher education with tuitions.
