摘　　要：针对外国人在学习、交流中华文化时面临的语言、地域以及时间限制,采用信息系统开发的结构化方法,通过系统分析、系统设计和系统实现,开发了中华文化英文博客系统,为外国人学习、交流中华文化提供了便捷的互联网平台。To overcome language, geography and time restrictions in studying and communicating Chinese culture of foreigners, following the structured development method of information systems, a Chinese culture English Blog is developed through system analysis, system design and system implement, which provides a convenient Internet platform for foreigners to study and communicate Chinese culture.
