试用期护生压力源现状的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查武汉市不同等级医院不同科室之间试用期护生压力源的现状并进行分析,为临床教学、管理提供参考依据。方法采用李小妹等修订编制的中国护生工作压力源量表及部分自制调查表,于2011年2月对武汉市3所三级甲等医院、4所二级甲等医院的内科、外科、急诊科及相关专科的试用期护士进行工作压力源问卷调查。结果护理专业及工作方面的问题是试用期护士工作压力的主要来源,不同等级医院之间、不同科室之间的护生压力源比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同家庭居住地之间压力源比较,居住在郊区和农村的试用期护生在工作环境及资源方面的压力比居住在城市的压力要大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论试用期护生在护理工作中存在很大压力,护理管理者要审时度势,经常与护生沟通交流,采取相应的积极应对措施,减缓试用期护生的工作压力,以促进其身心健康发展。Objective To investigate and analyze the pressure sources of nursing students in probation period among hospitals of different grades and different divisions in wuhan for providing information for clinical teaching and administration. Methods The nursing students in probation period from departments of internal medicine, surgery, emergency medicine,and related divisions in three grade-III level-A hospitals and four grade-II level-A hospitals in Wuhan were surveyed on the pressure source in February 2011 by using the questionnaire of ＂delivery pressure measuring scale for Chinese nurses＂ edited by LI Xiao-mei and other questionnaire designed by ourselves. Results Nursing specialty and problems from work served as the chief course of pressure of nursing students in probation period. There were no statistical differences in pressure probation （P〈0.05 trators sh tal health P sources among different hospitals and different divisions（P〈0. 05）. The nursing student in eriod who came from suburban and rural areas suffered greater pressure than those from cities ）. Conclusion There is huge pressure among nursing students in probation period. The adminisould study and weigh the situation to decrease their pressure and promote their physical and menby using corresponding measures,such as more frequent communication.
