摘　　要：目的建立测定复方口腔溃疡贴膜剂中甲硝唑含量的气相色谱-质谱联用法。方法选择离子模式检测,以DB-5(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)石英毛细管为色谱柱,高纯氦气为载气,程序升温。结果复方口腔溃疡贴膜剂中甲硝唑线性范围为5～400μg·mL-1(r=0.999 4),平均回收率96.0%(RSD=2.08%,n=6),检测限为1 ng·mL-1。结论该方法简便,快速,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠。Objective To develop a method for the determination of metronidazole in complex oral ulcer paster by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in selective ion monitoring.Methods The metronidazole was analyzed quantitatively on the DB-5 quartz capillary chromatographic column by selective ion monitoring.The sample was extracted in ethanol.Results The linear range of metronidazole was 5-400 μg·mL^-1（r=0.999 4）,the average recovery was 96.0%（RSD=2.08%,n=6） and the detection limit was 1 ng·mL^-1.Conclusion The method is convenient,of good sensibility and accuracy;it can determine metronidazole in complex oral ulcer paster.
