摘  要:在400 t全自动粉末液压机的研制过程中,为了得到质量较高的压坯,通过Matlab计算与实验比较的方法,得出了压力、装粉高度、压缩比、压制速度等对压坯密度的影响以及使压坯密度均匀的条件。根据江东机械厂提出的技术指标,参照有关技术资料,结合国内外现有粉末压制设备的特点,进行了400 t全自动粉末液压机的压制因素分析与参数设计。During the development process of 400 t automatic hydraulic powder press, through ways of matlab calculation and experimental comparison, we obtained two fruits to keep higher quality of the compacts: one was finding the effects on green density produced by pressure, height of the placed powder, compression ratio, speed of compacting and so on, and the other was learning the requirements of getting even green density. Furthermore, according to relevant technical books and the technical indexes provided by Jiangdong Machine Factory, we analyzed pressing factors and designed parameters for the 400 t Automatic Powder Metallurgy Press, while combining the characteristics of existing press equipment at home and abroad. Theoretical basis and technical support have been provided for further design and manufacturing of the automatic hydraulic powder press in this industry
