摘  要:高职英语课堂教学意识是教师直面现代英语课堂的复杂性,置身瞬息变化的课堂教学实践而形成的教学直觉,它包括敏感意识、反思意识、策略意识。开展针对性的师资培训,为教学意识提供理论支撑。开展高职英语教学行动研究,实施课程教学改革,在教学实践中不断丰富和完善教学意识,以促进高职英语教学意识的动态生成。The teaching consciousness in higher vocational English classroom is teaching intuition which the teachers get from the teaching practice while facing the complexity and uncertainty of the modem English classroom. It has three dimensions: the sensitive consciousness, the reflective consciousness and the tactical consciousness. The teachers' training, can sustains the teaching consciousness theoretically The teaching consciousness comes into being in a dynamic way. Its significance is made clear through teachers' action research, enhanced by teachers from the teaching reform of the curriculum.
