摘　　要：以几种常见氨基酸为原料,直接用浓盐酸作催化,使氨基酸与乙醇反应,得到氨基酸乙酯盐酸盐,碱化之后重结晶得到氨基酸乙酯,并通过核磁对化合物的结构进行了表征,数据与文献报道一致。With several common amino acids as the raw material, and concentrated hydrochloric acid was used as catalyst directly, then made the amino acids react with ethanol, after that amino acid ethyl ester hydrochlorides were obtained, and amino acid ethyl were got by recrystallization after the alkalization. Finally, the target compounds were characterized by NMR, datas were identical with those reported in literature.
