摘 要:采用超临界CO2法从燕麦(Avena sativa)品种青海444中萃取麸油,设计正交试验优化萃取工艺。结果表明,萃取压力对燕麦麸油的萃取率有极显著影响(P<0.01),萃取时间和萃取温度对萃取率有显著影响(P<0.05)。优化的萃取工艺条件为萃取压力25 MPa、萃取温度40℃、萃取时间2.5 h,此条件下燕麦麸油的萃取率为8.572%。GC-MS分析表明青海444燕麦麸油中主要含有5种脂肪酸,其中总不饱和脂肪酸含量达85.366%,油酸和亚油酸的含量分别为41.175%和40.558%。Supercritical C02 method was adopted to extract brand oil from oat (Avena sativa) variety Qinghai 444; and orthogonal design was applied to optimize the extraction. The results showed that extraction pressure had very significant effect on the yield of bran oil (P〈0.01); while extraction temperature and extraction time had significant effect (P〈0.05). The opti- mum extraction conditions were, extraction pressure, 25 MPa; extraction temperature, 40 ~C; and extraction time, 2.5 hours; the yield of oat bran oil was 8.572% under these conditions. According to GC-MS analysis, there were 5 components in oat bran oil, among which the content of total unsaturated fatty acid was 85.366%; and the content of oleic acid and linoleic acid was 41.175% and 40.558%, respectively.
