摘　　要：目的:探讨膀胱平滑肌瘤的诊断和治疗。方法:通过2例膀胱平滑肌瘤的诊治并在复习相关文献基础上对该病发病情况、临床表现、病理改变、诊断和治疗方法进行讨论。结果:报告病例经开放及腔镜手术治疗均获痊愈,其中1例随访1年未见复发,另1例随访中。结论:膀胱平滑肌瘤为非上皮来源的一种少见良性肿瘤,临床症状和治疗主要取决于肿瘤大小和位置,确诊依靠病理学检查证实,预后良好。Objective： To explore the diagnosis and treatment of leiomyoma of bladder. Methods： We reported and discussed two cases of leiomyoma of bladder on morbidity, clinical manifestation, pathological changes, diagnosis and treatment. Results： Two cases were cured after open or endoscopic surgery, no recurrence observed in the follow-up. Conclusion： Lciomyoma of bladder is a rare non-epithelium benign tumor with good eusemia. Clinical manifestation and treatment are dependent on tumor size and localization. Its final diagnosis depends on pathological examination.
