摘　　要：目的:中医心理治疗理论和方法是心理健康服务中的重要部分,挖掘我国传统中医心理治疗的理论和方法,使心理健康服务从业人员能更好的学习和传承。方法:对1979年至2008年间发表在文献中的中医心理治疗文献进行计量学分析和内容分析。结果:中医心理治疗理论包括形神一体观、系统整体的五志分脏论、情志致病;中医心理治疗方法中引用最多的是以情胜情法;中医心理治疗的理论与方法都来源于中医古籍,其中引用最多的是《黄帝内经》。结论:传统中医心理治疗理论和方法还有待中医和心理学工作者联合进一步挖掘和整理。Objective： The theory and method of psychotherapy through traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） are important parts of mental health service. To explore the theory and method of psychotherapy through TCM and for mental health service practitioners to learn and inherit them. Methods： Documents about psychotherapy through TCM published from 1979 to 2008 were applied with metrological and content analysis. Results： The theory of psychotherapy by TCM included the holism of body and spirit, systematic and holistic theory of five emotions, emotion pathopoiesis. Among these, emotion pathopoiesis was the most frequently used. Psychotherapy theories and menthods by TCM mostly came from ancient books on TCM, among which Huangdi＇s Orthodox Classic was the most frequently quoted. Conclusion： Further exploration and sorting need to be done cooperatively by psychological and TCM practitioners.
