摘　　要：本文从探究专利分布和布局的角度出发,选择硅基太阳能电池作为主题,通过标准的检索方式,使用关键词并结合国际专利分类号,对中国专利检索数据库中的中国发明专利申请进行了全面的检索,得到相关的发明专利申请,对上述数据进行细致的手工筛选分类,并作了深入的研究分析,揭示了我国硅基太阳能电池领域内发明专利申请的当前状况和未来的发展趋势。This article reviews the Chinese patent and patent application in the field of silicon based solar cell, ex- plores the distribution of related patent documents through standard searches using key words and international pa- tent classification. In the study of Chinese PV patents, we conduct a computer search and manual sorting, and made an in-depth research and analysis, which reveals the current patent deployment status and the future development trend within the field of silicon solar cells in China.
