摘 要:针对310乙字钢矫直过程中矫痕严重的问题,通过分析轧件及矫直辊上的凹坑形状及变形方向认为矫直辊断面速度差过大是其主要原因,而轧件表面粗糙度、轧件尺寸及热锯切金属颗粒等也加剧了轧件与矫直辊之间的摩擦,使矫痕形成速度加快。通过减少矫直孔型的腰部配置斜度、改变来料进钢方式、优化轧制孔型,有效降低了矫直辊断面速度差,减轻了矫直辊的表面磨损。For the problem of the severity of straightening scratch of 310 Z-type steel in the process of straight- ening, the reason was found out that big straightening speed difference in section of 310 Z-type steel according to the analysis of direction of deformation and shape of straightening pit, and it will form very soon when there are greatly coarse surface, difference of profile size and sawing metal particles which will increase the friction between rolling piece and straightening roll. The straightening speed difference could be decreased by reducing waist gradient of straightening rolling, changing feed type of piece and optimizing rolling pass design.
