摘  要:β-桉叶醇为苍术挥发油的主要成分,以十六醇为内标物,用气相色谱仪测定β-桉叶醇,比较水蒸气蒸馏法、回流提取法、超声提取法及浸泡提取苍术的挥发油,计算不同提取方法β-桉叶醇含量,研究发现水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油中β-桉叶醇含量最高为2.708 9%,加样回收率为97.12%(RSD为4.35%),可以很好的提取苍术挥发油中β-桉叶醇。With sixteen alcohol as the internal standard,β-eudesmol was determined by gas chromatography determination of eucalyptol.Compared the extraction method of steam distillation,reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction and soaking extraction of Rhizome atractylodis volatile oil and calculated different beta eucalyptus leaf alcohol.Extraction by steam distillation of volatile oil in the beta eucalyptol was the highest of 2.708 9%,sample recovery rate was 97.12%(RSD 4.35%),which was very good extraction of Rhizoma atractylodis volatile oil in β-eudesmol.
