摘  要:目的:对右旋龙脑-β-环糊精包合物的稳定性和溶出速率进行考察。方法:采用气相色谱法,以右旋龙脑含量测定为指标,分别对右旋龙脑-β-环糊精包合物和混合物进行挥发性试验、热稳定性试验、抗光解试验和溶出度试验。结果:在光和热的影响下,包合物中右旋龙脑的挥发速率要明显小于混合物。溶出度实验表明,包合物的溶出速率明显快于混合物。结论:右旋龙脑被包合后,其稳定性明显优于单纯的右旋龙脑,便于长久贮存而不改变疗效。并且右旋龙被包合后,其体外溶出速率有显著的提高,便于发挥其药效。Objective:To study the stability and dissolution of inclusion complex of D-borneol with β-cyclodextrin.Methods:Through the volatility test,thermal stability test,anti-photodecomposition test and dissolution test,the stability and dissolution of D-borneol-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex and physical mixture was studied by determining the changes of D-borneol contents by gas chromatography(GC).Results:Under the influences of light and heat,the volatile rate of D-borneol of inclusion complex was slower than physical mixture.Meanwhile,the dissolution rate of inclusion complex was faster than physical mixture.Conclusion:D-borenol-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex had certain anti-photodissociation and thermal stability and was more stable than D-borneol alone.It could be stored longer without changing therapeutic effect.And in vitro dissolution rate of inclusion complex was improved significantly.
