177名临床医生单人徒手CPR按压时间与效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临床医生徒手心肺复苏（CPR）按压的质量。方法对参加CPR培训和竞赛的177名（其中男性组91名，女性组86名）临床医生，进行研究。结果临床医生平均按压深度，男性组CPR为（3．9±0．3）cm，女性组为（3．8±0．7）cm，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；平均按压频率，男性组为（90±2．7）次／min，女性组为（85±3．6）次／min，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临床医生CPR的按压质量不高，建议在CPR指南在2015年修订时，要求徒手CPR操作者，在CPR操作的第3周期结束与第4周期未开始前，及时更换临床医生，特别女性医生，以保证CPR徒手按压的深度和频率。Objective To investigate the quality of health care workers hand CPR compressions. Methods We select 177 clinical doctors who participate in CPR training and competition, in which 91 clinical doctors are male group and 86 cases are female group. We analysis the depth and frequency of CPR compressions between the two groups. Results The average depth of male group is（3.9 ±0.3 ）cm, and the female group is（3.8 ± 0.7）em, there is no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; the average frequency of male group is （ 90 ± 2.7 ） beats / min, and the female group is（85 ±3.6） beats/rain, there is a significant difference between two groups（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality of clinical doctors＇ hand CPR compressions is not well. We recommend that the CPR resuscitation guidelines will be revised in 2015, in which the bare - handed CPR operators should exchange immediately between the third and forth cycle, to ensure the quality of depth and frequency of bare - handed CPR compressions.
