p16抑癌基因在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的 :研究 p16在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达 ,并探讨其表达与肿瘤的性质、临床分期、组织分化及腹水的关系。方法 :用 S- P免疫组化法 ,检测了 81例卵巢桨液性肿瘤中抑癌基因 p16的表达。结果 :p16在恶性、交界性及良性肿瘤中的阳性表达率分别为 2 0 .7%、6 0 .0 %和 6 9.2 %。交界性和良性肿瘤的表达率皆明显高于恶性肿瘤 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1)。 p16的表达与卵巢癌的组织分化和临床有关 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 1) ,而与淋巴转移和腹水无关。结论 :抑癌基因在Objective: To investigate the expression of the tumor suppressor gene p16 in ovarian serous tumors and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Method: Using S-P immunohistochemical analysis ,we investigated the expression of p16 in 81 cases of ovarian serous neoplasms.Results:The positive rate of p16 expression in malignant,borderline and benign tumors was 20.7%,60.0% and 69.2%, the rates of p16 expression in benign and borderline tumors were respectively higher than that in malignant tumors(P<0.05,P<0.01).Good correlations of p16 expression were noted with pathological grades and clinical cancer stages(P<0.01,P<0.01).Statistical analysis did not show observable difference between p16 expression and lymph node metastasis as well as ascites.Conclusion: The results suggest that p16 is well related with the occurrence and department of ovarian cancer.[
