摘　　要：医院感染管理是医疗质量管理的重要组成部分,是医疗安全的重要保障。针对医院感染防控中存在的部分医务人员责任心不强、职业技能欠缺、制度执行不严格等问题,提出医院感染防控应制定科学的管理制度;医务人员应严格遵守相关法律、法规;医院需强化教育培训保障机制建设的对策。Hospital infection management is an important part of medical treatment quality management, is the important guarantee of medical safety. According to the problems exist in the hospital infection control and preven- tion such as some medical staff has weak sense of responsibility, lack vocational skills and the system is not carried out strictly and so forth, this paper provides the countermeasures for hospital infection prevention and control, that is, it should have a scientific management system; medical personnel should strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations; the hospital should strengthen the mechanism construction of education training.
