摘  要:为了能够提高双螺杆挤压机的工作效率,深入地研究了模糊自适应PID控制在其中的应用。首先,简单地讨论了双螺杆挤压机的组成及工作原理;其次,设计了双螺杆挤压机模糊自适应PID控制系统;最后,进行了双螺杆挤压机成捆密度控制样机测试试验,试验结果表明,模糊自适应PID控制技术相对于传统的PID控制技术,在模口压力控制上有了比较明显的改善,而且提高了双螺杆挤压机的工作效率,该方法具有结构简单和控制精度高的优点。In order to improve the working efficiency of the twin-screw extruder, the application of fuzzy self-adapting PID control on it is studied in depth. First, the structure and working theory of the twin- screw extruder is discussed, and then fuzzy self-adapting PID controlling system of the twin-screw ex- truder is designed, and finally the test of the die pressure of the twin-screw extruder is carried out, and results show that comparing with the traditional PID control, the fuzzy self-adapting PID control im- proves the controlling correctness of the die pressure, and the working efficiency of the twin-screw ex- truder is improved, and this method has the advantages of simple structure and high controlling preci- sion.
