β-连接素在胃癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨胃癌组织中 β 连接素 ( β catenin)蛋白的表达及其与胃癌组织学特征和侵袭转移的关系。 方法　采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测 3 8例胃癌组织中 β catenin的表达。 结果　正常胃粘膜上皮细胞全部表达 β catenin ,胃癌组织中β catenin的表达率分别是“ +++”为 5 0 .0 % ( 19/3 8) ,“ ++”为 2 6.3 % ( 10 /3 8) ,“ +”为 2 3 .7% ( 9/3 8)。有淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中 β -catenin的表达率是“ +++”为 2 6.1% ( 6/2 3 ) ,显著低于无淋巴结转移者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　β catenin的表达与胃癌组织学特征及侵袭转移有相关性 ,可以作为预测胃癌侵袭转移的有价值的指标。Objective To study the relationship between β catenin expression and histological features,invasion and metastasis in gastric cancer.Methods The expression of β catenin in 38 cases of gastric cancer was detected with immunohistochemical(avidin boitin peroxidase complex) method.Results β catenin was expressed strongly in all of the normal gastric epithelial cells.The expression rate in gastric cancer cells was (+++)50.0%(19/38),(++)26.3%(10/38),(+)23.7%(9/38) respectively.The expression rate of β catenin was(+++)26.1%(6/23) in gastric cancers with lymph node metastasis,which was significantly lower than in node negative tumors( P <0.01).Conclusion The expression of β catenin is related to histologic features,invasion and metastasis of gastric cancers.The detection of β catenin expression may be a valuable marker at predicting tumor invasion and metastasis.
