摘　　要：目的　探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)的表达及其与临床病理指标的关系。方法　采用免疫组织化学方法 ,对 8例正常膀胱组织及 62例原发性膀胱移行细胞癌中的bFGF进行检测。结果　膀胱移行细胞癌组织中bFGF阳性表达率为 46.8%。低分化癌和浸润性癌中的bFGF阳性表达率明显高于高分化癌和浅表性癌 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,复发者的阳性表达率明显高于未复发者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,bFGF阳性表达者 3年生存率明显低于阴性表达者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　bFGF表达对膀胱移行细胞癌的生物学行为有重要影响 ,bFGF表达有可能成为预测膀胱移行细胞癌复发、转移和预后的 1项指标。Objective To investigate expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in primary bladder cancer and determine its relationship to clinical and pathological factors.Methods 62 cases of bladder cancer and 8 cases of normal bladder tissue were assayed by immunohistochemical technique.Results The expression rate of bFGF in neoplastic tissues was 46.8%.The positive rate of bFGF expression in poorly differentiated and invasive bladder tumors were higher than those in well differentiated and superficial tumors( P <0.05).Moreover,patients with bFGF positive tumors had higher recurrence and shorter survival than those with bFGF negative tumors( P <0.05).Conclusion Expression of bFGF has important influence on the biological behavior of bladder cancer,bFGF expression might serve as an indicator to the metastasis and prognosis of bladder cancer.
