摘　　要：目的　探讨口腔粘膜恶性黑色素瘤的有效治疗手段。方法　回顾分析 3 5例患者的临床资料。结果　全组总的 5年生存率为 2 8.6% ,其中化疗组为 0 ,原发灶扩大切除加化疗组为 3 0 .8% ,原发灶扩大切除加颈淋巴清扫加化疗组为 40 .0 %。结论　以原发灶扩大切除加颈淋巴清扫为主的综合治疗仍为目前治疗口腔粘膜恶性黑色素瘤的有效手段。Objective To discuss the effective therapy of oral mucosa malignant melanoma.Methods The clinical data of 35 patients were analysed retrospectively.Results The total five year survival rate was 28.6%,in chemotherapy group it was 0,in enlarged resection of original site plus chemotherapy group it was 30.8%,in enlarged resection of original site and neck lymph nodes plus chemotherapy group it was 40.0%.Conclusion The combined methods of enlarged resection of original site of melanoma and neck lymph nodes plus chemotherapy is still the effective therapy of oral mucosal malignant melanoma.
