摘  要:目的探讨医务人员工作满意度的影响因素。方法应用明尼苏达工作满意度问卷调查275名医务人员,调查数据用Epidata3.1录入计算机,采用SPSS13.0版统计软件进行分析。结果医务人员工作满意度水平总体较高;影响工作满意度的因素有年龄、婚姻状况、岗位类别等。结论应根据员工工作满意度情况,采取改善措施,以不断提高医院管理水平。Objective The survey attempted to understand the factors influencing employees' job satisfaction and intended to give to the employer insight into what really motivates employees and makes them happy ( and unhappy) in their job. Method 275 employees were asked to answer the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire ( MSQ), and the data were entered with Epidata3.1 and analyzed with SPSS 13. O. Result The general staff satisfaction was good. The key factors influencing staff satisfaction included age ,marital status and work post. Conclusion The management of the hospital should pay more attention to staff satisfaction and the influencing factors in order to improve staff satisfaction.
